Yehud, Israel May 31, 2006 TeraSync Ltd. Is pleased to declare its fully compliancy with the Restrictions of the use of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) European Directive.

All Terasync Timing & synchronization solutions can be purchased in 2 versions as following:

1. RoHS fully compliant with the requirement for all 6 identified substances Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr₆₊), Poly Brominate Byphenyls (PBB) and Poly Brominated (PBDE).
2. RoHS-5 - all of the above identified substances, with the exception being lead (Pb). Pb only in the lead frame plating or solder ball.

This declaration is based on TeraSyncs best understanding of the RoHS directive requirements and Knowledge related to the materials used in its products as of today
